The BEISSBARTH TC45 PRO2 is a state-of-the-art automatic tilt-back tyre changer designed for modern workshops handling UHP, runflat, and large tyres. It features a square turntable with automatic centering jaws, powered by dual 80mm cylinders that deliver maximum clamping power. The square design allows for easier lever use and improved ergonomics during operation. Its robust mounting column, quick tilting pedal mechanism, and pneumatic locking ensure smooth, precise movement and high operational efficiency.Equipped with a powerful side shovel bead breaker activated by a convenient lever instead of a pedal, the TC45 PRO2 allows ergonomic, sidestep-free operation. Its bead breaker includes a three-way adjustable blade and anti-skid rubber pad to protect tyres and rims, handling widths up to 15". The machine offers full control with three operational pedals and an additional side inflation pedal, complemented by a removable pedal unit for easier servicing.Designed for durability and rigidity, it features full metal pedals, a powerful 50x50mm horizontal arm, and a reinforced metal front cover. The TCX.PRO2 premium assistance column enhances control with its bead roller and travelling bead pusher arm to keep the bead in the drop center during mounting and demounting. Independent height adjustments of all tools allow maximum flexibility and precision. This WDK-approved machine guarantees safe handling of UHP and runflat tyres.Technical Specifications include an inner clamping range of 12"–27", outer clamping range of 10"–24", and a maximum wheel diameter of 1170 mm. It operates at a pressure of 8–12 bar, with a maximum bead breaker force of 25,000 N (cylinder) and 13,000 N on the shovel. With a two-speed motor (8 and 16 rpm), 1.5 kW power, and 1200 Nm torque, it offers excellent performance under a 3Ph/400V/50–60Hz power supply.
