This product is originally from France, however, it is produced in the UAE by Fresh Express, and each piece is 1kg, with a shelf life of three weeks. Foie gras can be served either slightly chilled or at room temperature. Slice it and enjoy it with some baguette, fig jam, or onion chutney, to magnify the rich flavors of the foie gras.
