Toll blending, also called toll manufacturing, contract blending or contract manufacturing, is a service in which the production of chemical blends is outsourced to a third party. The toll blender takes the formula, raw materials and packaging and turns it into a finished product. On request, it can directly be shipped to the (end)customer.We can manage both large production campaigns and small pilot batches for customer pre-production run testing. Our capabilities include custom chemical blends over a wide range of viscosities and pH as well as custom blend dispersions and emulsions.We can assist you in everything from the formulation of the chemicals via our liquid blending services, while safeguarding your intellectual property and other critical interests.Our liquid blending services include packing into a variety of packages such as bulk, drums, IBC (Tote Tanks), cans (pails) or smaller packages.
