During actual construction, we manage the day to day activity on the job, including safety, quality control and adherence to the schedule. Construction Manager During the construction phase, a full time supervision team is on the site, monitoring work to assure compliance with specifications, budget and schedule. Accurate construction management team also acts as a liaison to the owners representative providing on-going status of the project, providing monthly status reports which detail the job from start to finish. Design Builder Accurate expertise also extends to design build construction. The design build team acts as a cohesive unit with the developer, developing the project specifications while we perform the constructability review. During construction, the design build team then acts as a single source of information for all design and construction issues. This creates a more effective line of communication, between everyone involved in the project, which leads to a more successful project delivery system.
