Notes:

1- induction bends to be fabraiceted in according with ISO 15590-1:2009 with followin additional considerations:

A) Post bend heat treatment are allow to achieve the required material properties  and relieve residual stresses .Post bend heating for dimensional corrections is not acceptable.

B)Radius dimensional tests shall be performed on any part of the bend or tangents.

C) no repair by welding shall be perfomed on any part of the bend or tangents.

D)out -of -planedness dimension to be smaller of +/-1%of bend radius or(10*bend angle)/90 in mm.

E)bend ends shall be bevelled at 30°（+5，-0） with a 1.6mm bevel land (+/-0.8mm)for the entire circumference.

F)Hard spots shall be defined as per ISO 3183.maimum permissible hardness in suspected hard shpots shall be 270 Hv 10 for the pipe body and 250 HV10 for the weld sseam and HAZ. Repair of hard spots is not permitted.
